Peninsular Malaysia: RM7.50 flat rate

Sabah & Sarawak: RM15 flat rate

You will receive your orders between 2 to 5 business days according to location. Tracking numbers will be provided upon processing your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We also provide COD services for selected areas within the Klang Valley. COD orders require an additional RM5 fee on top of the standard delivery charges.

If your area is available for COD services, it will be listed when selecting delivery options during checkout.

Please contact us at admin@bajulokal.com if you would like to find out in advance if your area is covered.

 

Return and Exchange

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us based on the following terms:

1. Returned items must reach us within 14 days from the date we deliver to you;
2. Item is in new condition, unworn, unwash, unaltered, and with tag label.
3. Hijabs, Accessories, and discounted items are not entitled for return nor exchange.
4. International orders are not entitled for return.
5. Returns are for exchange only, no cash refunds.

 

Both the return charges and the redelivery charges (of the 2nd item) shall be borne by you. However, if the return is due to defect item, all these charges will be borne by us.

All international orders are not entitled for Return and Exchange except orders from USA which is fulfilled by Amazon.
